Nexter AI Group is the parent company that unifies every brand, product, and initiative operating under the Nexter umbrella. Incorporated in Delaware and active across the UK, EU, Middle East, Hungary, and Singapore, the Group was founded in 2020 with a single conviction: AI must serve humanity — not the other way around.

It began not with venture funding or a pitch deck, but with a question. Dr. Siamak Goudarzi — a former Iranian judge who resigned on principle, an ICC counsel, managing partner of a UK law firm, PhD graduate of the University of Portsmouth, and author of 8 books — asked himself what happens when artificial intelligence meets the world he had spent decades protecting: law, rights, and human dignity.

The answer became six companies. Each one tackles a different dimension of the same challenge: ensuring that as AI reshapes every industry, accountability, ethics, and human dignity are never treated as optional extras.
